Westchester County District Attorney Anthony Scarpino, Jr., announced on Friday that Bronx resident Nahyime Goldson has been arranged on charges that include burglary as a sexually motivated crime, a felony.
According to the felony complaint, Goldson, 23, was in a Mount Vernon home at approximately 9 a.m. earlier this month, working as a cable television installer. While he was there, Scarpino said that he “subjected a woman to unwanted sexual advances, and, when asked to leave, remained unlawfully in her home and subjected (her) to unwanted sexual contact.”
Scarpino noted that “because of the nature of the crime, few details are being made available.”
Goldson was arrested on Aug. 5 and arraigned in Mount Vernon City Court. He is currently out on bail and is due back in court on Sept. 6 to answer the charge.
